Any future enrollment must disclose the applicable refund conditions before authorization. No universal non-refundable condition, refund deadline or processing time is established by this informational page.
Incorrect or duplicate charges
If you identify an error in a transaction associated with the organization, retain the receipt, date, amount and reference. Seek review through the applicable payment provider and send a written inquiry to the business address below when needed.
Information to include
Include your organization, a safe reply method and an explanation of the issue. Do not include full card numbers, security codes, bank login details or passwords.
Payment and legal rights
Any approved refund would follow the relevant payment method and provider procedures. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protections, issuer rights or rights concerning unauthorized transactions.
