Future membership arrangements
Before any future enrollment, the membership agreement must explain the membership period, renewal process and cancellation arrangements. Annual membership and monthly installments are distinct; no monthly plan is offered here.
Requests relating to an existing arrangement
For an existing membership or authorization established elsewhere, use the procedure in its governing agreement or receipt. A request sent by post should include your organization, the membership or transaction reference and a safe reply method.
Cancellation and refunds are different
Cancellation of future participation does not by itself determine refund eligibility. Refund treatment follows the applicable agreement and mandatory law. No new cancellation fee or deadline is imposed by this page.
