The project
The next phase of FivePoint’s Valencia Vision combines housing with industrial, commercial and community space in the western Santa Clarita Valley.
BizFed’s role
BizFed and association members advocated in favor of the proposals. The federation supported the public decision process; FivePoint is the developer.
Confirmed result
The County Board of Supervisors approved the phase unanimously on November 18, 2025, as reported the following day. Plans include nearly 200 affordable homes and almost four million square feet of commercial space.
What the figures mean
Homes, jobs and open space described in the announcement are planned benefits. The approval does not demonstrate that construction or job creation has been completed.
