BizFed’s Polling & Messaging Committee guided a survey collected from February 21 through March 14, 2025.
Published findings
The published report recorded 29% optimism, compared with 37% in 2024, and 46% uncertainty. Eighty percent of respondents were dissatisfied with local efforts to improve affordability.
Result and use
The project produced a published snapshot of business sentiment, giving the alliance a documented basis for discussing affordability, operating costs and regulation with policymakers.
Reading the results
These figures describe survey respondents at that time. They are not a census of all employers or evidence that any single policy caused the reported sentiment.
